The 1st Amendment is exactly for this but the mafia of judges prosecutors and police officers have voted themselves in immunity through case laws, illegally creating laws from the judicial branch which they cannot do. Congress needs to step in and pass a bill specifically prohibiting the case laws they have made judgements on
