What these guys are doing are called home invasions, and break and enter,s. There is nothing worse than dirty cops who justify their illegal actions as being "in the name of the law." These guys need to be charged under Federal law, and arrested by the US Marshalls for their offenses. Theft comes to mind, and of course deprivation of rights under color of law. IS there ANYBODY in West Virginia law enforcement that is NOT CROOKED?
Drug cops are the worst cops out there. The get it in their heads that their job is so important that sometimes you have to violate the constitution. Never talk to the police. Never talk to Drug task force officers, just shut up be polite & say nothing except “am I free to go?”
When there is no search warrant, and the police coerce a 'consent', and make threats, every single officer involved should be fired with a loss of all pay and benefits and banned from any future government employment for life.
Cops seize more property from people than real burglars. Its on record, lookup. Cops are the most organized crime family in the country.
So, you are starting to see what it is like to live in Australia, where the police do what they like, the government prosecutors and the judiciary ignore the misconduct of the police and the media is cowered to keep their government licences. I call that opppression.
