  1. I used to live in Medford and central point and Jackson county is one corrupt little county. It’s not a very big area and they hired so many police. It looks like a police state. Plus the judges , the stories I could tell .

  2. @LackLuster Hope, can I get a copy of the footage taken diring my stop in Oklahoma? I've submitted the request after the request. They just ignore me.
I was traveling alone in September of 2016 after coming back from visiting my dying father in North Carolina. I had a bad panic attack in the middle of nowhere, Oklahoma. I didn't know it was a panic attack as of never had one bedore. I was speeding honestly, hoping to get the attention of a police officer because I was literally in the middle of nowhere with no help and no cell service to call for help. I eventually sped past a stste trooper and saw her immediately. I pulled over, got the documents toffee i knew she asked for, and waited for her to come to my window. As soon as she got to me, i told her i needed help and was looking for a hospital. She looked at my info and then looked inside my car. I had a ton of stuff on there because I had just spent a month with my dad. And yes, ihad a loaded handgun laying on my passengera seat under a cat carrier that i forgot to tell her about but it was an honest mistake.I was scared i was having a heart attack and wasnt thinking about what was in my car. In fact, I had 9 guns in the car that were given to me by my father. As aoon as she saw the gun, her whole demeanor changed. She asked me to get out, which I immediately complied. All the while, I was still asking for an ambulance, mind you. She sat me on the front seat of his car while she ran my info and prepared my ticket. I was begging her for help. Her answer…. she accused me of being on drugs and said a hospital wouldn't be able to help me. She handed me the ticket and told me next time to tell the officer about the gun, and it needed to be unloaded per state law.
I get that traffic stops are scary for them and the fact that i had several guns in the car (most werw in the trunk) that i failed to mention was my fault and I apologized to her. It really was an honest mistake as I wasn't thinking clearly at that time. I was scared out of my mind that I was dying from the symptoms I was having. My husband used to be a deputy but quit because he thinks that traffic laws, especially speeding laws are just another way for the government to steal more money from their citizens and he doesnt agree with the drug laws. He feels like people should be able to do what they want in a free country. Anyway, as soon as she was done with the ticket, she reiterated that I had a drug problem and that the hospital couldn't help me. Then she let me go. I was crying behind her to help me, and she left me sitting on the side of the road. As soon as i had cell service, I was able to contact 911, and the man that answered the call was amazing. He not only sent an ambulance, but he stayed on the phone with me and talked me through the worst parts of what I was feeling. He also contacted my husband for me to tell him what was going on. Then, after I was checked out and learned it was a panic attack, the 911 operator helped me find a hotel in the small town I was in. I sent him a thank you card as soon as I got home. He was such an amazing help to me, and the only lifeline I had from the Oklahoma border to the small town in NM he was able to get me to. I'll forget to be grateful to him. My husband was furious that I had asked for medical assistance and was denied. He contacted the Troop associated with her and filed a formal complaint. Her supervisor called him back, and after reviewing the footage from her bodycam, he apologized and made her apologize as well. She was demoted to administrative duties and was stripped of her field training certification. I've asked many times for the footage, but again, I'm ignored. Please help.

  3. LL good video showing further corruption of this area. Not only was this park ordeal organized, but the problem to begin with.
If one looks closely at burned areas, in these fires, very similar to recent ones in Hawaii. I urge everyone to view videos, pics closely. There is a reason, they attempted to squash all media. "DEW's" Direct Energy Weapons. These systems can be on high altitude aircraft, down to small remote controlled terrain vehicles. Targets will be scorched, but many times leave areas untouched. Such as buildings torched, but bushes and trees still green and untouched. Real fires, will burn everything.
These fires, then removing people from a likely place to be, is herding. Herding is moving people to a place, they want you to go, by all and every means necessary. 15 min cities are their goals, and in each region specified.

  4. This is the first video I have seen where the police are right. This reporter was asked politely to go to a c ertain place like the rest of the reporters did. She didn't and wound up getting arrested. With a forest fire raging and the danger that was apparent she wanted to chalenge the officers. Wrong thing to do as she found out. She will lose this law suit and should!

  5. I am ashamed of being a human being these people were burnt out of their town and homes the city and the state is a bunch of tyrants these people should not have left the park let the city lock them all up and it would have cost them a fortune and not to mention the lawsuits that would follow they're all in a bad situation and when they were okay they paid their taxes in their taxes are supposed to help them out in situations like this shame on the city and the state and the federal government for letting this all happen shame on the state for letting it happen not to mention the arrogance of the police my goodness wake up America it may happen to you too you need to turn around and start voting these crazy people out it probably wouldn't do any good because the voting system in America is corrupt

  6. Another example of tyranny is the USA, which is becoming rampant among the law enforcement agencies in our country. The number of situations occurring in our country on a daily basis is monumental and a big embarrassment for our great country, which is a beacon of freedom around the world, but more and more citizens suffer in the hands of this monster and it is clear that the whole police force need retraining for the protection of the community at large hopefully it will happen soon not later.

  7. I would addressed that cost and price gouging are against federal law. Always get body or dash cam via em, il never disc. Can't charge for emailing. I hope she nails them to the wall.

  8. IN WHAT WAY DID SHE RESIST ARREST!?! Do they just tack that onto every thing now to justify any violence they want to do!?! God I hope she win's, perhaps you should sue as well?

  9. The park was closed for the homeless (pathetic, truly) but she was not one of the homeless and she was using the park for public services available to all. I also used to live in Oregon. Now I'm in Texas, you can see why. It's not just Medford, it's all of Oregon.
