Bystander Films Cops Bothering Homeless Lady and Gets The Special Treatment

Kaya had just picked up groceries and was walking home when she noticed cops bothering a homeless lady. She began to film, and you know how much cops love to be filmed…. This is Richmond, Virginia.

  1. There was something I heard in another of these videos. Is it legal for police to solicit a trespass from the owner? Somewhere I heard it wasn't legal. Also, if that's not a public road, they need to put up fences and control access. Otherwise it's public as far as I know.

  2. The lady said she's ok, that's it. No crime No ID. Leave her alone.
Notice how the cop has no discription of who they are looking for.
Remember he says he is recording too.
That means he can't have a problem with her filming.
If it's tresspass she has to be allowed to leave. She can't be arrested for trespass

  3. Yeah she was in the wrong for talking and interfering…BUT the cop got butt hurt and yeah used excessive force….he was loving it, because a women was dis-respecting him.

  4. I have a question is a police officer allowed to solicit a Trust pass and how does a business get to own? A street and Really big Sidewalk. ?? I would really like to see the g s I survey on this property.

  5. I thought that the police were not empowered to solicit a trespass. Isn't an initial trespass only a warning to vacate the property and not an arrestable action? But if the trespasser returns then an arrest can be made?

  6. So before I hear the analysis and conclusion, I'd like to say. First, this is the type of citizen I wish we had more of. She has nicely offered to take responsibility for helping this homeless woman to a safe spot that is not on " private" property; hence, end of police problem. More importantly, this clearly looks like a public street and public sidewalk; hence, she can stand there as she pleases. If she filed suits, I hope she also sued the 2 "property owners" who state to the police she is on private property and they want her to leave, even stating the public street is private property, because they clearly lied and they know they are lying. Sidewalks are almost always public, even in housing developments unless maybe it is an HOA or set-off gated community. This street very clearly looks to be public.

  7. Why are we always seeing the cops making situations worse when they show up? Well I'll answer that rhetorical question for you, it's because the police are out of control and this is just more evidence of that fact unfortunately

  8. They may be able to get her for vagrancy. I would think any decent person would want to help a homeless person. The police are supposed to find them help. Also, there are no "no trespassing" signs or anything indicating as such. In fact, a seemingly public bench is there. Their first thought apparently was to find something to pin on this lady so they could say they did something that day or week like they're not just messing around. If they gotta go to this extent to pin something on a random lady on a park bench then they probably do mess around all day or most the time. If I were them, I would be trying to find out if she is okay, if she indeed is homeless, if she has family anywhere, if I can get her into a shelter, etc. I would see that she had something to eat and was taken care of. I couldn't imagine being homeless and I couldn't imagine being homeless at her age. She may not have a soul to turn to here and if she is in fact foreign then that is most likely the case. Show people like her kindness as it represents the United States and Americans. It's disgusting how they are treating her instead of being truly concerned for her well-being. Most of us have had bad luck before and know what it is like. It's about having a little bit of empathy for someone else in a worse situation than yourself and making them feel like they aren't alone or of no consequence. As if the Universe wasn't empty enough, you don't have to be empty inside.

  9. Laughing away because they screwed somebody over and beat them. Very professional. And of course when other blue line gang members show up they lie to them about what happened even though they know it was filmed on their body cams and her phone. The blue line of douchebaggery earning the hate every day.

  10. Looks like one problem here. To many police officers who don't have what to do. Cities must reduce numbers of police , because police officers and equipment cost a lot money. And then police officers don't have what to do they start do stupid things against law .Things against law is cost more like salaries and equipment.

  11. I think the actual privatization of that part of downtown Richmond should be looked into all the shenanigans that go on in the old money-down area need more attention. Firstly, why isn't there a fence separating the private street from the other streets lending the allusion that it is all on the same playing field, when in actuality it's basically two separate cities, why wouldn't this private city with the city have its own security? The woman filming the incident was very confused when told she was on private property.
I have a personal secretary/whistleblower that's helping me with some research, she is remaining anonymous, which is fine. She goes by the code name 70Baja , she is currently digging some dirt on why Kaya was so confused about being told she was on private property, when she, from a logical viewpoint was standing on a public sidewalk.

  13. I would keep an eye on who maintains the so-called private street that looks to be part of downtown. Firstly, why are Richmond police there? they should have their own internal security for the city tucked away within the city. note the confusion of the person with the camera when told she is on private property.
The privatization of the public realm, I think at the end of the day, results potentially in a feeling that they are not really together. That there's not a level playing field.
Sleeping on that park bench would not be a safe place to sleep with the history of the major gas leak, another downside of privatization of substandard utility construction.

  14. Where are the no trespassing signs? I understand that someone bought a chunk of downtown and the cops are playing security guards for a private street and road and obviously for the street and road access. I'm curious about what kind of massive tax breaks along with militia sprinkles the owner got.

  15. I've never seen any Street in my life be private property I think somebody needs to be investigating that number to don't these cops have anything else to do than harass homeless people get a damn life
