  1. Imagine how that cop acts without cameras present. He is a prime example of why all body cams should be automatic and not be able to be turned off by the on duty officer.

  2. Yeah. I have such a disdain for guys like him too. First off, I have never seen a bad situation made better, by being RUDE to law enforcement. Granted, this officer took the speeding a little too personally…. THAT is an issue that his superiors need to address with him, NOT ME.
I was stopped for speeding in a rural Texas county about 2 years ago, & I immediately took an attitude of helpfulness, regret for speeding (80/74), and the officer was superlative in all aspects – congenial, without being too lighthearted….. authoritative, without being overbearing…. after taking the Def. Driving Course online, I took all my paperwork to that county's courthouse, to the judge's clerk and told her I thought Trooper Ed Hood did a great job. She stood there and listened to me quietly, then she said something that has always stuck with me: "Well perhaps Trooper Hood was that way with YOU, because YOU were that way to HIM."
And isn't that the way it always works?? Courtesy. Respect. A CALM demeanor. Don't get combative, don't accuse the officer of "targeting" you, don't get all "Sovereign Citizen" on the officer(s) and you will find yourself soon back on the road to your eventual destination.
There was no reason, NO. REASON!, for this traffic stop to go this way, but the driver set the tone for it, NOT the officer.

  3. There are federal laws that do ! We have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusations against us, we have the right to face our accusers. And no person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime but upon a presentment or indictment of a grand jury. That's the laws the policy enforcement officer is bound to adhere to on our soil.

  4. I wouldn't have answered a question after his little baby-boy outburst.
Then, admitting you have open disdain for somebody exercising their rights? Eat shit, this is why people hate cops.

  5. Context is everything and most of you morons missed it. If you actually watched the entire video on Fridays with Frank you'd know better than to get on here and say something really stupid. This officer is of exceptional character and we need more like him.

  6. The cop forgets (or never knew) that his authority over the public is limited. Limited to when we commit a crime or violation. So before we surrender our 4th amendment rights to be secure in our papers we should be told what violation or crime we have committed. Simple and courteous, but that would mean he is a public servant, at our service and cops like this don’t see it that way.

  7. so there is always the arguement of remove immunity and what not which would never happen. i think a funnier method would be turning every bad traffic stop interaction into a training montage and then every new police officer has to see what an ass you where and the more bad cops do this the longer the training gets until your watching a weeks worth of poor conduct.

  8. Unfortunately the cop is right. He doesn't have to tell you why he pulled them over for ID. It's something that needs to be changed. It should be mandatory that cops state what the reason for the traffic stop is. This backwards way of doing things makes it too easy for cops to get away with stops without probable cause.

  9. I have utter contempt for vile order followers without which the last three years wouldn't have been possible . As far as a traffic stop PRESENT your papers you DON'T have to hand it to them & keep your mouth SHUT !

  10. driver should have opened a suit against him and dragged all that scums Sr's into court to testify about abuse of power to start, dumping evidence and shame them for not getting rid of this nightmare tyrant long before.
