Cops Enter Private Property and Demand ID For Imaginary Crime

In the early morning hours of October 12, 2021, Corey Jones got up early to work on some property improvements at his home, clearing brush around his acreage. He got out there early because he had to take his kids to school. Since it was still dark out, he used a headlamp. Unbeknownst to him at the time, the horse-owning Karen next door called 911 on him, complaining that she saw a guy in the woods on her neighbor’s property.

She did this despite the fact that she had no idea who her neighbor was. Officers from the Pope County, Arkansas, Sherriff’s Department arrive, listen to her explanation, and then trespass onto Corey’s property, confronting him, and then arresting him. Everything that happens here is outrageous. But also instructive.

Corey is a subscriber to my channel, and has graciously allowed me to share what happened. Let’s begin with the initial Karen-call….

  1. Obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer if he thinks standing up for your Constitutional Rights is anti-government. What an idiot. Small minded people need not have jobs they don't even understand. Pathetic and embarrassing.

  2. Guess these fine officers are aware of some undiscovered new precident out of the Supreme Court, that says Police can arrest you on your own property (ostensibly the curtilage) WITHOUT A WARRANT. . .Idiot cop is only digging a deeper grave for himself. . .He totally forgets that the man DOES IN FACT have rights under the Constitution.

The cop clarified his position when he popped off, "I'm the one asking the questions here!" The "officer" has nothing but contempt for the citizen who stands up for his/her own rights. OF course the officers confrontational status indicates that he would be disinclined to believe the man is/was telling the truth.

  3. It's discouraging so many cops legit don't know ow the law or don't care violate your rights and even more discouraging when courts uphold the violation of your most basic rights

  4. This is the ultimate result of a media based society that constantly drums into people "be scared" of everything, all the time. At any point did anyone just walk over and introduce themselves over the several months before this happened. I know all my neighbours, we don't hang out all the time, some never. We watch out for each other, in a distant respectful manner. Hey Fred is that you?, It's me Betty, just cleaning up some stuff before work. Disappointing state of society!!

  5. Several years ago I was out of town and someone called the police on a guy who was messing around my property and the police confronted him and he claimed that it was his property and that he lived there. Thankfully the police didn't take his word for it because they found his truck parked nearby loaded with a bunch of my stuff. So it really is a double edged sword and it really depends on who you want violating your rights the criminal stealing your stuff or the police officer seeing your identification. Me personally I prefer just to show my identification, prove who i am and move on, i really don't feel the need to cite my 5th amendment right against self incrimination if i absolutely haven't committed a crime but thats just me.

  6. Have to side with the police on this one. The guy may be technically right, but it is reasonable to give your name. The paranoid lady said he was suspicious, so the police have a job to do. They can't just take his word for it.

  7. Sorry, The cop is right! If this guys wife called and the police came out and saw someone on the property and the guy just says I live here and the cops left and something happened to his family they would want to hang the cops for that. They can’t win!

  8. I think he has forgotten that he is so wrong.Going on about anti govt crap.Making up shit full on.Must be on drugs that copper as he making it up as he goes along. Mental problems now thats a good one. Please tell me he sued??

  9. 12:51 at no time did she ever have to prove where she lives, they took her word that's where she lived and yet he has to prove that's his property? How the fu¢k does that work? The Merry-Go-Round of stupidity never ends.
