This is a very important point that cops are targeting our us citizens
A few notewrothy points.
1) It is not, illegal to call a cop, any cop, a punk a pig or any other term. Thsoe who are offended by any of those terms or labels need to find some other career field in which tobe employed. Thin skinned people, regardless of color, are oft times prone to physical violence in response to such terms and slurs. I've been called every name you can think of and it never once bothered me. I just smiled and kept right on writing the citation.
2) At the point where the presumed cop tells him to exit his vechile without any eplantion is exactly where he crossed that line.
Constitutional and civil rights are enacted and enforced. Anyone who has any doubts as to that are encouraged to read the case law and the precedents that establishes what can and can not be done at the time of any traffic stop.
You must be informed as to why you are being told to remove yourself from that vehicle.
3) Any supposed LEO, who is in he active state of practicing bias, or any discrimantory action is him/her self now subject to Federal laws which will can and have brought on multiple severe and serious consequences.
Lastly and I say this from my now retired and civilian status, obtain , understand how to use and emply a dash cam that affords the viewr to see the actual speed of which the vehicle is doing and to have it turned on, anytime you are in the vehcile. That is the only thing that will protect you more than any weapon.
If you are armed, while you do not, have toinform the LEO of that fact, it's wise to say something to the effect of legal carry.
This is a solid reason why, I left the ELO world and exited the south easten gulf coast states although, I have found similiar actions in many western states.

What a deal. Basically the prosecutor's offer is for him to surrender his first amendment right to expose the trooper's criminal deprivation of his 1st and 4th amendment rights under color of law per 18 U.S.C. Section 242, and they will end their criminal conspiracy to further deprive his rights, per 18 U.S.C. Section 241 of the federal criminal code. It's easy to see where this is going. If the trial judge doesn't toss the case, as he should, as a frivolous and mischievous prosecution, then it will get dismissed by the appeals court. Then the trooper's victim will win on appeal , where a three judge panel with integrity will call it for what it is. A prosecution for which no crime was committed. Then there will be a 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 lawsuit, where, because the trooper's victim's, and the prosecutor's victim's rights that were violated, are so clearly established numerous times by the Supreme Court of the United States of America, multiple times, that both the criminal trooper, and the criminal prosecutor will lose all of the qualified immunity for which they both mistakenly believe that they are entitled. However, this lawsuit will not go to trial, because as soon as the criminal trooper gets the reaming that he feels like he doesn't deserve at his deposition, the criminal who is the prosecutor will realize that he doesn't want to be deposed and receive the a$$ reaming that he so richly deserves, Especially considering how the criminal trooper's deposition, along with all the other evidence which show that both the trooper and the prosecutor are criminals with absolutely zero regard for our rights, for which the Anti-Federalists such as Patrick Henry fought so hard for, and held up 7 states from ratifying our constitution, until those rights were added to the constitution. Since 6 states felt like our rights didn't need to be added to the constitution, so they ratified it. the Anti-Federalists, having foreseen criminals like the trooper and the prosecutor coming along, realized that if the Constitution was changed, agreed to have our rights added as the first 10 amendment's, called the bill of rights, so the entire ratification process wouldn't have to start over from scratch. Otherwise that 3 year process may have become 5 or six.
I am truly disappointed with the criminal abuse of power committed by authorities we have placed so much trust in, by making a wrongful arrest, unlawful retalitory prosecution, and their criminal disregard for the civil rights that each individual was born with, and thanks to our founding father's is affirmed in writing, in our constitution. It's a real shame that the two criminals in this matterwill not face criminal liabilityfor their clearly criminal actions. Rather, it will be innocent, law abiding citizens who will suffer the civil liabilities for their crimes. At least in this case, the victim of these two criminals will in the end be made whole through federal civil action. But will these two criminals learn that our constitution places limits upon their authority, and that by violating our civil rights, enshrined in our constitution, they become criminals under title 18 of the Federal Criminal Code? And, with cell phone ubiquity and through social media, their criminal behavior will become known to the entire world? To be clear, I am not a legal expert. I only possess a lay understanding of the law, so nothing that I said here should be regarded in any manner as legal advise. I am only exercising MY First Amendment Right to call balls and strikes as I see it and point out who the real criminals are. If you feel my assessment is too harsh, then I will concede that it has been said that I call an old cow an old cow. And that I don't call her 80 percent lean to make her easier to sell her at market.

I remember one time I got pulled over and my black friend was with me I was pulled over for going over the line on the highway. The cop made me get in his car, he separated us to try and find a flaw in our story as to why we were in that part of town. Another Sherrie even pulled up about 5 minutes in I can only imagine he called him for backup and sent him off when he arrived because he realized he didn’t have a case on us. I’ve never had a traffic stop where I’ve been asked to leave my vehicle, I didn’t fight it but there’s no reason to do that. Wasnt a comforting experience

Why do most people hate cops and distrust the courts?
Tons of small town police departments are corrupt. For example: DeWitt Michigan (in Clinton county) is notorious for profiling, abuse of power, excessive force, wrongful arrest, illegal search and seizure and they will outright rob you of any cash you have on your person. Michigan calls it “forfeiture of property” which is legalized robbery. I’ve lived in 3 different states and driven through 20 others and Michigan police are some of the most corrupt I’ve every had the displeasure of encountering.

If you have the means, Garmin Dash Cam Live is $400. You need an LTE plan for $10/month to operate it. With this they cannot delete files from your phone or other recording system carried in the vehicle as it goes to a cloud. A search warrant and court order would be required for them to get those video files, and by the time that happens, the video could be shared with countless other people. FWIW. Oh, BTW, I do not own stock in Garmin, its just a good setup.
