Have you thought about getting another camera man? Possibly someone else that had a YT channel in the same area, or someone that you can employ that can start their own channel eventually, just to get a second person filming you from a further distance. And maybe get Microphone attached to you so even if they take your phone and or camera, your still recording audio from the other person. Maybe you've thought about these things already, but I think it would be a good idea to at least have another person with you, off to the side, recording you doing your thing with a mic attached to you, just to get everything they won't "allow" you to do, in situations like this.
