  1. So now we hit handcuffed people because you believe they’re going to do something. There is never a reason for an officer to hit a handcuffed individual at this point there not a threat. I believe if the officer if you hit them in the face handcuffed I would absolutely believe the guy that this is exactly what happened and what the officer said. Let’s think logically you have an officer decertified for lying he has lost all credibility to the point he is decertified and your going to believe anything this officer say. You decertified this officer he was unfit how in the world did he qualify to become an officer? You didn’t think this would happen again with this officer. Then you put him on paid vacation basically. This officer was trouble you hired an officer that was decertified this is absolutely out of control with officers and the standards and what there hiring, protecting and rehiring.

  2. Shrewsbury is tyrant, a coward and a bully. He should have been arrested, locked up and prosecuted. His career in law enforcement should be over. He’s a gutless PIG punching a hand cuffed man and breaking his jaw.

  3. Using profane language in public is protected speech. Case and point, telling a cop to "Go have relations with his hand," in fewer words. No different than giving the a cop the middle finger. Disorderly conduct is closer to being drunk & belligerent. You can be belligerent without being disorderly, but that's a fine line.

  4. The wearing of a badge transfers illegal…into legal.
    Assault
    Brutality
    Violence…

The badge gives you a pass…to do anything you please.
Nothing new…just exposed by today’s cameras.

  5. But these police officers don't lose their law enforcement certification if they get fired or quit. So they can go somewhere else and reapply for certification and terrorize citizens again somewhere else

  6. Can we please stop using the word "place?" "Placed" in handcuffs. "Placed" in the back of a police cruiser. That's not "placing," that's forcing. You "place" a sleeping baby in a crib.
