The clown called Pepperoni is a total jerk. Why is he being so rude and disrespectful to another human being?
I am in no way defending the actions of the sheriffs department. They need to be retrained from the top down. However, I do not like auditors, like this one, who are verbally abusive to police officers, because they can be. He was aggressive from the get-go. Just because you can be a jerk, doesn’t mean you have to be. This gentleman ought to go over and check out long Island audit, on how to be firm, yet not annoying. He may have had a totally different interaction, had he been less rude from the beginning. That being said, I certainly hope he wins his lawsuit. He is due damage relief, for being denied medical attention, after being arrested. Once you are in police custody, they are responsible for your well-being. This sheriff’s department needs training on the first and fourth amendments. This attitude doesn’t start from the bottom up, it starts from the top down.

It is better that police interactions with the public are now recorded to protect the public from police abuse. The police in this case should have done better. However, the guy who was assaulted by the cop did his best to provoke an unlawful reaction by the police and was successful. If the guy who was assaulted by the cop just showed a little respect the entire incident may have been avoided. Police like this cop that was fired are the whole reason I do my best to avoid speaking with police if I can help it.
They say ignorance of the law isn't an excuse, but when a cop is that ignorant of the law he's meant to uphold… that's pretty bad policing.
Man, I have no idea why he’s gotta belittle the cop. I get he’s fired up, but there isn’t a need to drop all those F-bombs just cause. It really makes ALL auditors look bad. I totally agree these cops handled it bad, but he’s just adding to the issues! Unnecessary and not the way things should be handled.

Boy, they sure got him with that one! The auditor really was being a dick though, honestly everyone in this situation was kinda rediculous. The cops certainly violated his rights, especially the Sargeant who was clearly trying to bait him to curse in order to arrest him, but to be fair the first two did try to deescalate originally. I love what auditors do, but this guy makes them look really bad. So unnecessarily disrespectful. Everybody in this video is in the wrong. He didnt deserve to be assaulted or tackled, and they didnt deserve to be berated.
