Police Caught on Camera Setting up False Arrest

Recently we filed a federal civil rights lawsuit in federal court, alleging that Parkersburg, West Virginia police officers were caught on video setting up the false arrest of a man for allegedly committing battery on a police officer. Fortunately there was surveillance footage, which was shown at the man’s jury trial, resulting in his acquittal. Warrantless arrests require the existence of probable cause. If no probable cause exists, for instance in the event that the arresting officers themselves create the alleged nonexistent crime, the Fourth Amendment is violated. β€œFalse arrest” is basically a type of unreasonable search and seizure.

  1. Yes I know. It's been a while. I've been really busy practicing law. But I intend to spend some more time on this, and have another video coming out soon in collaboration with someone you may know. Thanks for watching.

  2. No offense but there's no such thing as a "false arrest".
The cops can and should arrest you anytime they want for any reason they want and do to you anything they have to in order to obtain a voluntary confession.
It's right here in the North Korean Charter of Rights You No Have…
    Wait whut?
    Who wrote this?

    (Pow!)
    (Echoing footsteps slowly walking away)

So, as I was saying our rights to a speedy and fair summary execution for thought crimes is the basis for our culture and if our guv'ment betrays these values who will execute the people?
We can't get everyone who is a traitor to shoot themselves so the guv'ment has to have checks and balances to make sure everyone's rights to a speedy execution are honored.

It is the least our guv'ment can do to protect us from ourselves and each other πŸ˜‚ 🀑

Coming soon to Canada, United States, Ireland….

  3. Yeah looks to me like he was pushed. The cop kept his hand on your clients lower back and pushed him into the other officer. Furthermore you can tell the cop was expecting to be pushed into cause just as your client is pushed into the office, the officer turns his head to avoid getting hit in the head. Funny how the officer doing the pushing also brushes up against his arm. Yeah, I'm glad the jury found him not guilty. Dirty cops everywhere.

  4. I've been on many farms and I kinda get it. I have noticed that typically members of his species don't like being touched by members of a higher species. They get very agitated.
