I violated the restraining order and the cops were chasing me and they found me working on my boss shop which is private property, they broke into the shop and arrested me without the owners consent or a search warrant. Are they wrong to do this on Massachusetts states or not, we go evicted from the shop because of them, we had losses because of them so what I can do about that? Pls help me
