I'm pretty sure the rules and boundaries of a search warrant are clearly spelled out in detail in the 4th amendment. It's a wonderful country when Americans can have their constitutional rights violated daily. And, the treasonous perpetrators are rarely held accountable for their treacherous actions.
Police must execute a warrant clearly specified by the judge,who is the first responsible stating the specific pupose related to persons and things to be taken in the ptocedure.

It is a crying shame that they cannot express the law in common language, they keep it written in "leagalize" confusing language just in the hopes no one can understand it. Judges have to know that the cops are luring to him.I can not see how the judge can be blinded to it.
Allot of times cops don't even have a warrent, and if they do they won't even show you it!
Once again if the cops over step the warrant the victims have to pay for lawyers.
The problem is that they investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing. If they get sued, jurors don't care about illegal searches unless there's an arrest.
This is particularly interesting to me because a few years ago the Jerseyville, Illinois PD (and who knows who else) orchestrated a "Bomb Threat" at my bar to gain unwarranted entry and to detain and search everyone for drugs.
They found no drugs whatsoever and it was a packed house.
These cops huddled us all up together in the middle of a street.
I thought that calling in a bomb threat was a federal crime? Just not when the police do it.

I think it is absolutely bull crap that police think they can just search anybody they want to. If you have a warrant for a house that is the house. And unless it is very specifically specified of having the house members names on it then no they should not have the opportunity to be able to search anyone. Only exceptions should be plain and simple yet the cops walk into the house and a individual is say sitting on the couch and they have drug paraphernalia specifically meaning like a crack pipe for a needle to inject drugs with if it is not immediately readily visible by the naked eye then no that person should not be searched however if they do have say a drug needle in their hand or on their lap when the police come into the room then yes that person should be searched.

I was charged with possession with intent because I was at a house that got raided. I didn't even have a lighter on me yet got stuck with drug charges. I was also told by the public defender that I had to plead guilty or I would go away for 10 years.

All person warrants are illegal regardless of case law. The constitution is clear. SCOTUS has bastardized the Bill of Rights. QI and Terry Stops also need to go. I'm tired of the endless stream of case laws. Not even lawyers know them all. Cops definitely don't. To even get anywhere in the courts 99%of people can't afford the time and money it takes to go through all the procedural rules and litigation. We are at the point of total Tyranny. Local police orchestrated a bomb threat to search private areas for drugs without a warrant and to detain and search all persons there. They found no drugs.
This is where police killed a kid for carrying a Bible on a public sidewalk and saying, "I want Jesus.".
The police report lied about how many times they tased the kid.
The report also said that they tased him because he did not respond to them.
He committed no crime.
Doesn't he have a 5th Amendment right not to speak to them?
This kid was mentally challenged and could not comprehend that you have to assert your rights.
The kid really acted up when the cops took his Bible and cell phone, so they killed him.

I filed complaints on 2 of them and barred them from ever coming back. They were both attached to the IGB (Illinois Gaming Board) and had to be there any time a gaming machine was worked on.
One of them violated my rights when she told me to "Get over here, shut up, and sit down". I was also state licensed to work on the machines and was trying to help the technicians. That was their second time there for the same problem and had no clue. All they had to do was cycle power to the machine.
The other one violated my rights when he told an employee that she did not have to do her assignment.
I know now, I should have filed a 1983 case. But they are stupid and will do it again. They could not care less.

The 2nd time and date listed was after I had closed the business permanently.

If they can’t search you and get your ID to prove to them that you are not on the listed persons on the warrant, I have a feeling you will be detained for quite some time.
Cops don't know the law they will search and arrest everyone without a warrant because they don't care nor do they get in trouble for it, because of qualified imunity. Put an end to that and cops would change their attitude real quick.

I have FOIA documents from the State Police and America WE the people have a mess. The only ones that can try and fix the Mess is the State legislature in each State.There is NO accountability for State Police and this is on Display when you ask for records. In the State I live in accountability for cops to citizens stopped around 1998 and each year it gets worse for citizens.
