As a black American it pains me that we are 13% of the American population but account for 65% of all violent crime and is unacceptable. So all other races and colors account for 87% of the population but only commit 35% of all violent crime. That is a FACT! keeping that FACT in mind when considering if it's racial profiling to put more resources in black areas or is it proactive good policing?
