If you look into this department every one of the reviews says that they did something to mess up for instance extending trial dates prosecuting with out any evidence besides personal testamony maplishis prosecutor

8:42 I never really like audits on private individuals because yes, we have a right to do what we do because of the first amendment and we have a right because of the fourth amendment to do it without being impeded or seized. But it is difficult to do it to a private entity because they themselves don't have to uphold your rights. They have no bearing on your rights in general. It's very hard to claim that someone is infringing on your first amendment right from a public road. There are several use of force ideas that come to my mind in the situation where the guy didn't have to use force he was leaving. I think it was justified use of force to be honest though
5:23 we are in a situation like this. It is best to show your evidence or be able to show your evidence when possible on the scene or you will be arrested for a possible crime that you could have committed based off of what the other person has and what other person has told the officers. This lets you fight it out in court. If you don't have proof of why you did something in this situation? It looks as if you were the aggressor especially dependent on what this guy called 911 and said. When you take everything into account from what the officers know and from what the person who was maced said it will be hard not to believe him. Use of force is the whole reason why that guy stayed behind and waited for the police to make sure he didn't look like in assailant not realizing that if he couldn't prove why he did what he did that he would look like in assailant anyways.

I think it's generally a bad idea to brandish your sauce without using it. The aggressor shouldn't even know it is there until it is deployed.
