The war on drugs hasn't failed the ones who started the war. They need drugs to stay illegal so that they can imprison people so that the states prisons and local jail houses can collect funding for each person jailed. Estimate in my county the local jails get $250 from federal funding per inmate a day. They also rely on cash seized in busts that gets split by the local law enforcement and federal ATF. The U.S. Has to be at war with something or someone to survive. War is it's #1 export and by declaring war on drugs means it'll never end because it's a farce that was created to generate revenue for government agencies black budgets. Same goes for the war on terror, they made it up because it's a war that would be never ending because they knew its unwinnable, it's a farce. How can a nation go to actual war with an emotion? It's impossible, but people fell for it. Same thing happening now since 2020 with the C v1rus. It's another never ending war to generate money. In America's short life time we've been in more wars than any other nation/country in the world. Since it's founding in 1776, we have been at war during 224 out of our 247 calendar years of existence. In other words there were approximately 25 calendar years in which we did not wage any wars.

Civil case between members are decided in the tribe's court. Nevertheless, more serious
crimes (felonies) are investigated by the FBI and tried in US district courts. But, every other tribe in the country, as far as I know, is run by the BIA.

The system in usa is not working… Life time.. 100..200.years have no effect on the growing criminiality in usa.. The cheapest way is to lock People up or if you are a doctor in mental illnes you give pills.. To stop criminiality we need to do individual plans for each criminal.. It cost werry much money. And is much more complicated.. But thats The only way.. Same in europe there i live…we open ouer doors to ouer country for People that immigrate from war… 80%of these kids have trauma from war.. But give psyciatric help is to expencive.. After a while they rape, kill, get criminal to have money to drugs so they can keep trauma away for a while..
