It's NOT unlawfull to extend a motorit stop to deal with another person, stop desperatley trying to find justification to the fact you are ignoring a lawfull command, you approached the officer and the stopped vehicle and when told to stop you continued, you ignored the officer everytime he spoke, every lawfull command he gave you ignored .
