The officers should be required to state the constitution and its laws and procedures and how to enforce them as they are required under law to ensure they are not being violated in their duties! A Cops job should be to protect and serve, not Harass or Extort money with Tickets or Bully Citizens with physical force.
The people need to take a stand with a Class action Suit against the State, County and City Governments for Extortion and Physical abuse against American Citizens.
