I'm going to take a guess here. The driver was arrested and hauled off before Master DiCastro arrived. The passenger was hassled by the shorter cop during the stop. Words were exchanged. The tall cop kept a cool headβ¦. decided not to charge the passenger with a trumped up charge and called a relative to 1) pick up the car and 2) take the angry dude home. Thank the gods for tall, cool headed, good hearted cops. Douchbadged coppers need to turn in their costumes, torture cuffs, use of farce weapons and find other employment!

Dude probably lives just around the corner and cops wanna hassle him for drinking a few beers and rollin thru the hood back home. They obviously didn't have any real criminals to arrest. DWI is a no victim no crime situation, until they run someone over or crash into someone else's car.
Most cops in that situation would have tackled the guy, tazed him and beat the livin hell out of him then to jail.

When I got arrested for a DUI (in which I blew zero's twice), I was in torture cuffs, the dungen for 3 nights and days, and then they towed my truck away. That's only when the torment started.

Good video. It is nice to see the cops can treat citizens like they should don't know the whole story I don't know the deal with the driver or what anything else that went on there but what I saw was decent treatment helping protecting serving it appeared to be that way anyway
