America hasn’t been noticed by the police. Haha
OF note is the sign behind the guard makes no mention of a prohibition of photography. . .There appears to be a significant amount of misapprhension about the photography issue, for two reasons. .
1. People are still of the mindset of 9/11 when "Homeland security" encouraged everyone to, "if you see something, say something" and widely put the idea out that anyone taking photographs of any "important infrastructure" had by definition neferious intent in mind. Clearly this was wrong.
2. Back in the mid 70's and before, most military bases had signs around the periphery that stated photography was prohibited. And there is a federal law 18 U.S. Code § 795 – Photographing and sketching defense installations, which seems to fit the bill, however, it is important to note, the no photography signs were removed around defense instillations sometime in the mid 1970's to early 80's.I have not seen a sign like that on a governnment instillation since the mid 1970's. And there is a good reason why those signs were removed. Someone should refer this guard to the "Base commander" to see if he can shed any light on it.
The question i would ask the hot-headed squirt is if he, in fact, served our country like he claims, then why does he not treat our constitutionally protected rights like the actual law enforcement officer does, and simply inquire and observe to maintain a peaceful and law-abiding environment?
Why do they react so differently when they both have sworn an oath to protect and defend the constitution?
If cops want questions answered they should start asking questions people want to answer, like, "how do you like the new Elden Ring?"
Cops are so confident when they’re wrong. What’s crazy is their number 1 duty with that badge is to uphold citizens rights, and then second to uphold the law.
