    How about saying “I’m sorry, I was wrong. After speaking with my superior I learned the correct language of the law. I apologize for threatening to arrest you over nothing.” They do not possess the basic human principals of self discipline

    For all those that believe qualified immunity is actually remived in Colorado should actually look at the law. It isn't removed in any capacity, the prosecutor can still say they were acting in good faith, and they can not be sued. If anything, this legislation makes cops pay out less, as they are now capped at 5% or $25k whichever is less, of the cost of a civil rights violation. Prior to the Enhance Law Enforcement Integrity Act they were capped at $100k for civil rights violations and $486k for personal injury (non-fatal) claims. So, they are less personally liable now than before this stupid smoke and mirrors act.

None of this would have happened, (the lose of QI), if you all had not been the constant hammer on the nail of tyranny.     Its always funny to record cops but just because someone has a placard but doesn't look disabled doesn't mean you should assume they aren't disabled. Disability takes many forms, some more visible than others. They might have debilitating pain that they hide well, they might have random attacks of vertigo or etc, you just don't know. Please dont harass people if they have the placard. If they got it, they got it. 😊
