18 US CODE 248 used in court has to be heard and enforced by the lawyer and or the Judge.
The courts, once the case is settled should force accountability on the officers and the city the arrest took place in. I don't just mean money wise. They should force the officers to commit to psychiatric evaluations and also more training, in the LAW and Constitution.

Love the content guys. I learned a lot. Let's keep moving forward with this momentum. There is a lot of financial and emotional energy involved with these lawsuits. The avg person doesn't have the stomach for this unfortunately. You gotta fight them clean or they will hang you on any mistake. Been there myself. Why do we have to "get lucky" with a judge or prosecuting attorney? It's never black and white. If a person before them is not a conforming beta, the case "could" go south for them. Shouldn't be that way. We NEED transparency in the courtrooms. The monopoly on 1 sided justice has gone on too long. Make em ALL Transparent and held accountable!!
