The entire polo e department is corrupt and rhis is clear. Ego bigger than IQ and pure corruption is a danger to all of society and the public at large.
In this video is a clear demonstration done by three officers of the law on how to be a complete tyrant and no respect for the law. This all happened in one of the worst states of the country where civil liberties almost do not exist because it is a jungle of tyranny that covers the entire state's just disguting and extremely hard to look at it, disgusting.

In Germany where I live, it was recently made illegal and a fineable offense to film accidents/car crashes, in the context of slowing down/stopping on roads, especially the Autobahn. This was widely applauded by the public..but only because the kind of police misconduct which happens in the us is pretty rare in Germany.
