    The rank of Colonel is a highly respected military rank only given to the most competent leaders in the Armed Services and not some young incompetent cop. I would never address this asshat by that right.

    Verbal diarrhea just to look good and try to win an interaction. Very twisted conversation,pretending to be instructive. He wants to dominate the auditor. Very poor knowledge an he is trying very Hard in a very sneaky way to owned this auditor. Paranoia and ego is getting in the way
    And really nothing will happen because it is empty as I said before verbal diarrhea. Very sad😢😢😢😢😢

    With all education you're providing the municipalities employees you should send a bill for services rendered including data time location and students name time spent to the municipality with a due date

    I drive my car in public I expect other people not look at it and certainly no one has my permission to take a picture of it. I’d love to hear a auditor say I intend to get a reaction from police and you officers make that easy
