Reminded me of seeing a state cop near an overpass on i-10 in Texas. After finished giving ticket to the motorist. Motorist left and cop drives into divided highway barricade because his wheels were still angled toward it. All I could think of was seeing his report blaming the person he had just stopped for his own failure to operate his police vehicle properly

Best thing you can say to a cop when they start to violate you is, "I want my Attorney's present. Consider this, Notice Of Intent To Sue. Anything you say to me from now on, my Attorney's will consider Witness Intimidation." Then everytime the cop tries to utter another word, yell out, "Witness Intimidation!!" before he can get his first word out.
Statue of limitations doesn't start until the knowledge of the violation is discovered, on any issue. If a criminal detective can find an issue, any issue, all evidence is submittable. Jurors can award the victim the amount of full damages.
