Friday Civil Rights Fights LIVE Updates: Lawsuits, Analysis and Battle Plans

LIVE AT NOON TODAY. I haven’t yet begun to fight, is the theme of the week. Many fights are ongoing, and many are waiting on deck. In this video, I give an end-of-the-week update to many of the civil rights cases we’re currently fighting, as well as some of the current real civil rights issues, in my opinion, of course. Some of the thecivilrightslawyer.com blog posts from this week, in case you missed them:

  1. The "free speech" argument is pretty much self-defeating when it is little more than code for "The only rights you have are the rights we let you have." They lose all credibility the moment they prioritize the exercise of their rights over anybody else exercising those same rights, and then use that premise to disrupt the ability of others to exercise their rights. I have zero sympathy for that.
