The problem that I see with both of them is that they're driving on the wrong side of the road. If anyone in America did that they would definitely be fined.
I record every interaction with police. The fact that they have body cams is irrelevant because we know how difficult it is to acquire the footage and when we do, it's either heavily edited or they "lost it somehow."
Never believe police when they mention "we're recording too."

In Australia and the UK the police can pull you over for any or no reason at all. In the US some things that requires a licence to use or own are subject to random inspections(such as a random check wether a bar is selling to minors), we have the same in the UK but it covers everything that requires a license.
I wish we [in Australia] would adopt a constitution like the US.

They don't need our details to breath test here. We get random traffic stops for it, but they don't get handed our licenses or even note our license plates. The only reason cops take your details is so you can now be "known to police" and noted as hostile to police, for future harassment.
