A Raleigh County, West Virginia Family Court Judge – Judge Louise Goldston – showed up at my client’s house (who happens to be a federal law enforcement officer) and searches his home for DVDs and photos which were supposed to go to the guy’s ex-wife in his 2018 divorce. The judge brings deputies from the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department in the house, along with the ex-wife and her lawyer.
He asks for a search warrant and is told that she doesn’t need one, because she’s conducting a hearing inside the guy’s house. I’ll repeat that. She claims she’s holding a Family Court proceeding inside the guy’s house, without his consent…..
When he tries to record the search, he’s threatened with arrest, and forced to hand over his phone to the deputy. Truly bizarre. Never seen this before. Can a Family Court judge suspend the Fourth Amendment at will?

Well, she's been doing these "home hearings" for something like 20 years, as best I can tell from later videos. That is probably why she is so certain. When he says she won't get inside without a search warrant she adamantly asserts "Oh yes I will" and she does get inside with no warrant. The homeowner had to let her in under threat of the armed deputies protecting the judge and her illegal search..
But does what is said on a privately owned platform fall under the umbrella of "free speech"? As a business owner the owner of that business is allowed to remove ant person from that privately owned business. Wal-Mart can have you removed from their store for cussing inside. Social media at forms are privately owned. So the person who owns the platform gets to decide the speech they allow on their privately owned space. Period. Social edit platforms are not publicly owned. It is a privately owned business. No one has freedom of speech in my house. If I don't like what they say I will.kick.them the fuck out.

The fact that these goobers go along with this bitch is the scariest part of this. We have to be educated so that when tyrants reach for more power than they are legally allowed there is some manner of checks and balances. This is absolutely infuriating. That guy did a great job of controlling himself and handling that situation in a calm, stern manner. There must be a provision whereby "hearings" must occur in "open court"?? In the State of Colorado there is……wtf, the Judge think that, because she deems this a "hearing" that she can apply Court rules to video recordings!! This is outrageous!!

You'll never get anywhere with this. Matthew will never get Carrie back. The court system is right in not letting this bully try and "work" the system. Matthew is not federal law enforcement as you so nicely try to impress upon these people. He works as a prison guard in the license plate making department. My God, you guys are so sad. The first Judge is a hero and did the right thing. This was no illegal search and seizure.

I'd have taken the arrest.
That could have turned very nasty. In a way it is a good job he was a cop, and held restraint. A civilian may have gone down the armed intruder route and fired. That would have been bad on all sides.

LOL, the judge only has authority while conducting her duties in a courtroom, and certainly not while committing criminal trespass. If I honk angrily at a driver who cut me off, I'm not in contempt of court just because he happens to be a judge.
How in the hell does that so-called judge do such a thing and Pickens County I was denied a lawyer at a bond hearing whether or not it's legal or not I don't know I was not allowed to play personal recognizance even though I was up outstanding member of the community and later the judge was fired that's fine and dandy the fight the fight is not about Donald Trump the fight is about all these underlings all the little spider webs we got a fight all these idiots just keep firing him until we're done
