I bet you none of these people even know what the differences between an AR-15 versus any other semi-automatic rifles. Heck, they might not even know the differences between a semi riffle with a semi pistol. Clueless! The only reason why law abiding citizens preferred a pistol over a riffle is the conceal aspect. None of the reasons that said a riffle more dangerous than a pistol is absurd! You would think that all criminals hides their guns before they commit a crime. They don’t walk down the street safely holstered a riffle on their back before they commit a crime. Not to mention that a riffle function the same way as any pistols. My wife is a concealed carry and she always preferred an AR over a pistol for home defense because she can control and is more accurate with a riffle which not only help her to defend better but limit the amount of liabilities for every rounds that she fire. She has trouble controlling the recoils on her pistol. We preferred pistols for when in public because of concealment. I can show thousands of videos from cops and citizens alike that having a full clip might not guarantee that you can get a single hit. Heck, why do you think most cops carried 3-5 extra clips on them at all time? We as a society has somehow lost our ways and rely our safety on someone else other than ourselves and wonder why they got hurt, rape, murdered, etc… when the police can’t get there in time. Most self defense with firearm last less than 2 minutes and cops on average takes more than 5 minutes to respond. If you ask any criminals, they always avoid entering a facility when they know that there are guns to protect it. Most robberies have a minimum of 2-3 assailants.

I bet that all officers would prefer an AR over any pistols for their own safety. But they don’t care because most of the laws that they restrict citizens do not affect them because they can still carry what ever they want when they are not in the course of their duties. Most politicians have arm guards surrounded them all the time which the ordinary citizens can’t afford. We are all human. What is more dangerous? An officer or a military personel with training that go rouge or a ordinary citizen that go rouge. Law abiding citizen has to prove their entire life to follow every laws to be in good standing to acquire a gun. They then create more laws to prevent law abiding citizens so that the criminals can have a better hand. Do criminals give a rat’s ass about your laws?
AR-15's are not military in nature. The Virginia Tech murderer carried in two five gallon containers of gasoline with him when he started his mass murders. If he had dumped the containers along with his murder spree, far more students and faculty would have died. Thankfully he did not use the propellant. And he used two pistols; a 9mm and a .22LR. 33 dead, if you count the murderer. The same day my department had our first line of duty death. I can't forget it: April 16th, 2007.

Th biggest flaw of our constitution is that it did not specify penalties for those that violate it. That's why judges willfully disregard it, They know there is nothing that can be done about it other than an appeal.

As a Putnam resident I am angry to hear about this attack on the 2A by PCSD but it doesn't surprise me. It appears they want to disarm us but when you call about drug dealers selling in broad daylight you get no response. My neighbor had to go above their heads to his nephew who was a State Police to get someone to investigate our local drug dealer.

I served our Nation for almost three decades. I am a retired Paratrooper, combat veteran and a totally and permanently disabled veteran thanks to my service. I retired in 2010 and moved to Panama within less than three months. It is sad, but I am safer and freer here than in the US. Seeing these things only reinforces the fact that we made the right decision.
I had a thought whilst reading the judges ruling (where he cites all of those cases upon which he's pinning his "reasonable suspicion" justifications) of going to Google Maps and dropping a pin on the location that Walker was arrested at. Then dropping pins on ALL of the locations in the surrounding area that might be deemed by this judge (and those deputies/cops) as "reasonably suspicious" if someone were to be Open Carrying in the vicinity. All of the schools, playgrounds, parks, churches, hospitals, government buildings, libraries, etc, etc, etc, ad nauseum.
I'm betting there would be NOWHERE that someone could lawfully open carry whilst remaining free from assault and victimization by the local government.
This judge has single-handedly shut down the 4th Amendment in Putnam County, West Virginia.
