i don't know about the states you've been in but where I live, if they say they smell something like weed, if you stand your ground they bring the drug dogs out that alert on the driver's door – always. the funniest one I ever saw was a guy that was stopped while trying to make a doordash delivery, locked up his car and put the keys in his pocket when the cop went back to call the canine crew. they showed up and he's standing on the sidewalk smoking a ciggy while they yell at him to open the car!!! if you get the "trifold" make sure it jives with the laws of YOUR state. I haven't seen it so I don't know how general it is, but make sure.

So. I was pulled over when I committed no traffic violation on the highway then I told them about 42 US CODE 1983 and 18 US CODES 241 and 242. That they are violating my right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Then I also told them that I do not have to show an ID unless I have created a victim. They have body cams. I went to record but I did not press record button. So I accidentally screwed myself on that.
