  1. Were you ever military or is that from hunting/shooting most of your life? I’ve been to the Shenandoah Forest more than once. My step dads uncle live in VA. If I’m not mistaken it stretches into WV as well. Unfortunately for us, it’s federal land. One of the largest deer ever hunted back in the day was poached from there. I guess the dude either couldn’t help himself or someone told on him. I forget the story but it was legitimate. My step dad had a magazine that had an article about it in it. Most generally you can assume his stories are overblown but I believe some of the stuff he says with backing evidence.
