  1. So you don't get paid anything if it's a settlement, but you do get paid if it ends up in a civil trial. Doesn't that give the lawyer a bad incentive. They are incentivized to advice going to a trial instead of settle.

  2. Good day civil rights lawyer I've always seen a female photograph on your left hand shoulder behind you can we see it please good going civil rights lawyer I'm communicating from Kingston Jamaica hope you mentioned hope you mention me Cummins from Kingston good morning, follower of your YouTube page and ❤ channel❤

  3. One family Court judged down a lot more to go we need to remove immunity from the family court judges DCF CSF and all the social workers. Good job Thank you

  4. When government officials violate our constitutional rights they should be criminally charged not sued for a monetary amount that is paid for by the taxpayers and not the defendant. That is why these tyrants do not care if they get sued.

  5. sadly all you can get from them is money. They commit a crime and all the victim gets is money. The offender does not get a criminal record, time behind bars etc. The others standing around aiding and abetting the commission of the crime and not arresting the judge, they keep their jobs, they pay nothing to the victim, they keep on keeping on rather than doing their job. This, ultimately, is the larger problem.

  6. Unless law violators are CRIMINALLY charged, tried and sent to prison, the crimes they commit will not stop. The fact that the crimes were committed by members of law enforcement, plus members of a corrupt judicial system, make the crime even more serious. Entering a person's home without permission and/or without a search warrant is a basic violation of a sacred constitutional protection and must be viewed as a serious felony. The crimes committed in this instance are TRESPASSING, HOME INVASION, and EXTORTION UNDER THREAT OF LETHAL FORCE. The judge should be permanently removed from the bench, her license to practice law should be permanently revoked, and she should be criminally charged. A $200,000.00 our of court settlement is little more than a coverup for an extremely serious felony.

  7. The judge should be in PRISON, nowhere lese, if that was any one else, they would have robbery, burglary, kidnapping, breaking and entering, violation of rights under color of law, and the cops who complied with ILLEGAL orders need to be arrested as well. But, thats why nothing changes.

  8. Wish I had a lawyer like you in my town in ohio I had the city director and 2 city police officers let people break into my fenced in area beside my garage and take what they want before I got home without warrant or a writ signed by a judge, cause I was never taken to court to begin with, but just because the city director didn't like what I had in my yard. I called several law firms and couldn't get 1 lawyer to take my case

  9. Hows that not aggrevated burglary ? They are armed, forced themselves in, and took things. That is the literal definition of it.

The judge, bailiff, and officer, and even ex wife, all committed a felony during this.

  10. The fact that all you can get is a monetary settlement is what's wrong here…That should be in addition to a truly punitive punishment i.e. Jail time! Without the jail time this was a slap on the wrist for this judge! She got away! $200,000 is probably only a tenth or less of her retirement savings…SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL!
