It still blows my mind how dumb cops are. These guys really think they can pull someone over for no reason just to give an alcohol test. So people are innocent until proven guilty.
Racial profiling again. And it’s so obvious.

You don’t need to know someone to profile them. That’s literally the whole point of profiling.

The cop doesn’t understand the English language. So much so that he believes the “mandatory” part of the law means they can do it whenever they want.

The cop cut himself off because yeah this isn’t about enforcing or following the law, it’s about listening to authority just because they’re authority.

Why does he think profiling requires knowing someone in person? It’s the opposite.
Naming it "mandatory" makes cops think they can just ask for it. It's apparently only mandatory after being pulled over for something else, not as a mandatory thing for every single driver at any time based on nothing.
And add another reason why canada sucks
All that department bent the law to be able to just pull over whoever they want. And people want to go to Canada! pfft, in the US, even if LEOs may not be on your side a lot of times, the law is! and it's explicit and crystal clear about it!

In Norway, we have to give a sample, It is done in a few minutes. But we have real educated Police who respect and treat the public nicely, even if they are criminals. It makes me sad to see in your videos how bad the police are treating the public in your country.
