I’ve seen numerous videos of people filming police from their own property, and the police will tell them they have to go inside their home and stop filming them, and when they don’t they run up and grab them and pull them off of their property and arrest them, claiming they were obstructing their investigation, or they were interfering with their duties. There needs to be legislation passed to stop these practices by law-enforcement. There need to be laws passed to hold law enforcement personally accountable for these types of actions where they are violating peoples rights on their own property.
