  1. 🇺🇸This is an illegal action I would definitely give the county DA a visit you don’t want to go to the PD for fear of a cover up.also a 911 call is recorded and registered in dispatch a foia should be requested immediately and file a motion to preserve evidence that way it doesn’t get over written🇺🇸

  2. NO, NEVER! If they have a SEARCH warrant they'll come in anyway. And an arrest warrent is NOT a searchbwarrant and they cannot come in with just an arrest warrent unless the person they're there to arrest is within their sight.

  3. QI is not a law. Was not voted in by the house and senate.
It’s a court decision based in flawed reasoning. It’s a defense for government employees put in place by the SCOTUS in direct violation of the separation of powers.
SCOTUS is not allowed to legislate from the bench. They can only define a existing law or rule if a law is constitutionally applicable.

  4. Had an encounter where they gave the same excuse. Came in and asked if everything is OK then asked where all the phones were located. Kitchen and front bedroom. They said they found the remote phone on the bed that dialed the 911. In the bed next to it was our cat.

  5. Police are allowed to lie to you, but you aren’t! Never trust the police. Not all of them are corrupt but all of them will take advantage of your ignorance of your rights to accomplish their own agenda’s
