Well when those lights go on, you can file a Federal Law suit because they only supposed to go on when there’s an emergency, not over a “traffic stop”
If you are standing on your rights. Doesn’t it make sense to have the 4th amendment right to privacy the 5th amendment right to remain silent and the 6th amendment right to be fully informed all in play during the encounter or traffic stop? Just asking not trolling
