Can you please help me with a lawsuit on the local police departments in Muskegon Michigan they have been harassing me for 3+ years I can't even get my driver's license because of their malicious prosecution. Right now I have a warrant for 3rd degree fleeing and eluding I didn't run or attempt too at all an officer pulled me over a few hundred feet from my driveway. Proceeded to escalate the situation and called another 10 officers to remove me from my vehicle after I invalidated his initial stop in multiple ways. I tried to request an FOIA but they tried telling me it be almost $500 for the body camera footage and Michigan Compiled Law section 2.1 says they can't charge more than the county clerk who works that position makes. So on top of multiple instances on video of them harassing and abusing me I also have proof of them trying to extort me for the evidence of them being tyrants and kidnapping me and assaulting me multiple times please let me know if you can offer any advice or do anything to assist me. It's almost to the point where I'm scared to take action because it might result in them trying to kill me. That's how much and how often they harass me.
