  1. If a black robe tyrant rules an illegal search and seizure, shouldn’t they place whatever they stole back where they found it? That’s where the BIG distraction comes into play. Everyone is so focused on the win, nobody pays attention that a theft took place.

  2. how did that cop know that he had just found 20 kilos of cocaine? was any body cam footage of him opening one of the gray duct taped packages to reveal a white powdery substance followed by chemical testing to identify the substance?

out of my curiosity, i wonder if those keys were cut with fentanyl. cocaine used to come into this country mainly through Florida. if these guys were at a truck stop in Arizona for 5 days just before this stop, that's right in the pipeline of where China has been pumping fentanyl into the U.S. by way of the Mexican cartels.

  3. "Yes, I'm wearing a new shirt because in real life… "You're already in real life in these videos! Just because something's in a static video doesn't mean it's "not real life." And just because something's in person doesn't mean it IS real life. Real or fake life isn't dependent on the liveness of the situation.
But if you were to want continuity then why not just put the previous shirt on after work for the rest of the video?

  4. Are you kidding me. Us truckers have no rights anymore. It is all maritime admiralty law anymore. We don’t get to argue in court if we get a ticket. Cops charge us like Judge Dredd and it goes on our record. The only difference between us and a ship’s captain is that ship captains get to carry a gun… If we get pirated, we just have to get killed and hijacked. That is why the cop doesn’t pat the man down.

  5. I don’t know the laws but when the cop opened the door and the drink with ice was were it was at and the person in the back a red flag was up to me. But maybe he wasn’t supposed to sitting up there while they were moving. I don’t but it was a red flag.

  6. I wish more Americans could see how this Drug War became the most significant turning point in the loss of old America and ushered in the era of being under ever growing mass surveillance and law enforcement becoming a military force. One that occupies our once serene American neighborhoods , ever present and ready to lay down overwhelming military force wherever they choose. From traffic stops to inside our homes at 3 am . They have the mindset that we are all to be feared as terrrorist an to act as if the next massive attack is only within a few yards of them at every moment. They have no duty to protect or act and their safety is number 1 above anyone else’s. There’s smarter and better ways to deal with drugs but law enforcement knows without the drug war . They’re job would be pretty boring and their budgets an toys would be gone

  7. There is enough missing camera footage, along with the FACT that a great amount of time elapsed between when Officer Pigdung found the Chewy packages, and placed them in his vehicle to give rise to the suspicion that the "cocaine' was PLANTED. (And that if a NON-law enforcement test was conducted, there would be NO contraband at all that was found)

  8. I'm a trucker, the biggest red flag's I see, no log book, doesn't know what is the trailer, doesn't know what the motor is on his truck, say's he owns the truck and trailer and later say's its his friends. All that just shows he has no clue what is going on and would get you a further level of inspection.

  9. Plessy v Ferguson. My favorite magical case law. Growing wheat on your own property for your own use is interstate commerce. Therefore we can violate the 4th amendment of every commercial vehicle driver and regulate them into submission.

  10. The guy sitting up front is not a crime. It could become a crime depending on whether or not the guy logs that he was sitting up front or lies about it and say she was sleeping, but until he makes his log there's no crime, and if he logs honestly there's no crime. – Edit: Ok, I can't hear what they're saying, but apparently the guy in the back doesn't have a trucking liscense. I don't know what was said because of the truck engine, but it is a little suspicious that the guy is in the back and doesn't have a liscense to drive the truck. Not a crime as long as the guy isn't driving, but a little strange and a little suspicious, especially since they didn't seem to give the cop a direct answer as to why he was back there. The guy answered, but the answer seemed to come a little late and I wish I could hear what answer was given. So, I don't know if that entitles the cop to a search, I'm not sure that's suspicious in the illegal sense, but it is odd.

  11. That looks like a seal to me on the back, but it does look like a well used seal which is odd to me personally. All the seals that were ever on my trailers were one-time use seals. Still, maybe it's just very dirty because it's been through some stuff. Not having a seal would be suspicious to me. Also, I never knew what was in my trailers that I hauled, because they were sealed and I wouldn't be able to open them without breaking the seal. So, whatever is inside that truck belongs to whoever sealed it.

  12. He would have had probable cause when the driver didn't have a logbook or bill of lading. Those documents are mandatory. In fact, the driver must have two copies of the bill of lading, one for his records and one for the recipient. Log books are mandatory if you travel more than120 miles from your base. However, the sleeper berth is considered to be as sacred as your home. Without explicit consent of the driver, he would need a warrant.

  13. I have friends that drive OTR. They all say their truck is their home and a warrant would be needed to search it. In fact they don't even like cops to step up on their step. Or anyone else for that matter. They will flatly tell anyone to "get off my step". I was taught to never step up on a truck uninvited. I have no idea where these cops think all of this is ok. I am not happy seeing these guys moving drugs, while at the same time, violating their rights was wrong to begin with. As much as I may dislike it, these guys should walk.

  14. The “indicator” was the 2 Mexican guys, for sure. Aren’t there exits for inspections? Truckers have places to be and not time for a cop in every backwater dump to fumble around and waste their time without cause, hoping to find a bs reason to write a huge fine.
