  1. R*tard is a slur, & even more deserving of censorship than f*ck is.

The R slur has been cruelly weaponized against marginalized & oppressed people within our society, to the point that being called an r-word is both insulting & defamatory.

Just pointing that out in case you want to consider that when choosing your words. ❤️

  2. This shows the absolute corruption of this entire police force in this part of Florida. Florida cops have been given to big of a swath to abuse detainees . To use excessive force and to abuse people's constitutional rights.

  3. I’m from Jacksonville. My experience is about half the JSO are like this. They have preferential hiring practice for complete a-holes. The things I’ve witnessed coming from them! The short fuses on most of the officers. I’ve watched the JSO frame people from the ground up. Even experienced it myself. Got my arrest expunged after it all came out in court that the officers generated a fake story just to make an arrest. I’ve seen officers throw and break peoples car windows with their flashlights out while throwing a temper tantrum. Witnessed hundreds of temper tantrums coming from them. Worked with a man about 25 years ago who was walking to work on Baymeadows Rd. A couple JSO picked him up, drove him around for hours and dropped him off on the north side and told him they were dropping him off where he belonged. (About an hour away, he didn’t have a car) The attorney who I used to get that case said in law school they would teach about something like 35% of all arrest are false arrest, but his experience in Jacksonville Fl is about 75% are false and my case isn’t unusual. The JSO is a disgrace. They need to clean house and like I said about half its officers need to be put out to pasture. But problem with the JSO is they have a systemic top down problem. These bad attitudes and behaviors are institutional and actually encouraged by the brass. And our sherif election is always rigged from the inside.

  4. How is she being difficult? She's trying to ask for help in how to get around the stop. He's the one that refuses to even listen to the question by starting that he's not going to answer any of her questions. Why is it cold think they have the right to detain people when they ask questions. She kept it polite by continuing to call him sir even when she's being violated all for the reason of, asking questions. He's not justified in anything he's done. His all or nothing approach is pathetic and his ego must be sub-nepolean .

  5. If I was his chief I would really be worried about how many instances revolve around this cop without accountability and the high likelihood he’s going to do something really really bad . And it’s all going to come together and heads are going to roll in the news

  6. Peppers- Another one of those small dick bully cops that got beat up in school and now take it out on civilians!!💯

Without the badge and uniform he ain’t treating no one like that lol

  7. This is the whole problem. People have no trust in the police because you have officers like Peppers and none of the other cops do anything to stop it. Even protecting him by telling him its being recorded. Thank you for bringing this to light and educating us on our rights. I wish I could get your help on my boyfriend's case. His rights were violated from start to finish on a traffic stop.

  8. POLICY ENFORCERS do not, swear, sign, have notarized or record a proper Oath of office to uphold our nation's organic state or federal Constitutions on file at the County Recorder's Office. No scope of office either.

They do not carry any PUBLIC HAZARD bonding company contact information as mandated by federal statutes either. POLICY ENFORCERS do have a liability insurance policy in place. They are out of uniform.

POLICYMEN do not have a license to practice law. They are strictly "private contractors". They do not work for anyone. The office of de jure policeman is VACANT.

  9. If the person called the cop a retard you would defend free speech.

Spitting on someone is battery and can spread diseases and germs. It's not against department policy nor the constitution. Play stupid games win stupid prizes should be in the constitution

  10. Any civil action taken against the cop based on the second interaction would go no where. Peppers action there were mouthy but totally appropriate. (armed woman drives up to a stop and interferes) Your showing a bias against Peppers in the second interaction. He should have been fired based on the first interaction and that would be the end of the story. The real beef is not with Peppers but with the municipality that choose to retain him after the first encounter.

  11. It’s JSO, they are know for corruption. Shoot they have a racist Sergeant on the force. Was known from his social media from the racist post and the news gotten hold of it. They didn’t fire the officer but gave him some type of racial training.

He patrol the more dominate neighborhoods.

Much worst cases they have but never transparent when it comes to the body cameras
