Hate to break it to ya but a curfew is unconstitutional. The constitutional "freedom of movement" would negate a curfew. They pointed firearms at a person where the callout wasn't specifying a crime just suspicious in nature, then assault him by smashing his face into the ground, the rip his cloths and cut his backpack off him still without a crime committed but conspire to arrest him anyway. Civil rights lawsuit, remove their qualified immunity, and sue every single one personally.
When i was a juvenile they put me in a cell without a mattress just because i "mouthed off" when they started asking me questions while waiting for the late school bus after school. i went to the "hill" to smoke a cigarette because you cant smoke on school grounds then when i came back on the resource "officer"(really security) told me you can't leave and then come back on school property(lies) then he called a real officer and they "arrested" me for that. they put mein the cell with a smirk, probably because the mattress, but i just used my hoodie as a pillow and sleep til ma dukes came and picked me up, i think that pissed him off a bit lol… no matter what never let them know the little games they play affect you, even as a hard headed teenager i knew that shit
