    It is just disgusting the conduct of these cops. They wanted him to punch the guy in the face so they could arrest him. I would have knocked that tweeter out and after they arrested me I would have sued them then.

    It’s for the courts to decide if it was a battery, not the officer. The officer is suppose to do his job, enforce accountability by citing and charging and sending all parties to court

    This what the new training looks like. They have ancillary officers get in front of the camera and start threatening arrest and meanwhile, the camera is on them while the officer is in back doing whatever on the actual stop without being filmed. So, instead of just obeying the laws they would rather have taxpayers pay for even more officers to do absolutely nothing.

    Over the past 50 yrs… the federal branch that has done the most damage to our freedoms has been the supreme court. The judgements from the Bench have allowed the police to go from being public servants to being a cabal of tyrants who believe they exist above the rest of us… holding powers they were never supposed to have.

    Private policing would be a fucking nightmare. That's like cyberpunk corporate dystopian nightmare shit. I don't trust cops that work for the government, why would i trust Walmart's personal police force? We've already tried this and we got shit like the Pinkertons. The police are required to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution and they usually can't manage to do that, why would a contract be any different? We just need the government to do it's job

    1A journalists and people that follow these channels would actually would give big support to police that DO their job. Most of these activists are looking to make the change and are NO afraid to give credit where credit is do their not out to cause chite' unless law enforcement is less than law enforcement.

    While they have a hard on for control and state he's obstructing the traffic stop a 3rd officer is already conducting it…. so BS just a matter of control over others – they are taught NOTHING of the constitution or Law at the accademy then once at an agency become "policy" enforcement
