When I told officer that I was having severe chest pain and couldn't breathe, I also informed him that I have a heart condition, he said to other officers that were standing around us "Funny how her chest didn't start hurting until I put the cuffs on her!" Then he and a couple other officers laughed and said that I wasnt going to the hospital. They did take me …. There is so much more to this story.
For anyone knowledgeable on the law. Question on cuffs, for a rightful arrest. What is the proper method of detaining if not handcuffs? He said the rear space of the car is too small but the officers don’t control the manufacture and design of vehicles they are assigned. So how are they expected to transport someone?
These questions aren’t related to a wrongful arrest, they are honest questions.
Thank you so much! You have no idea how badly this is needed in Vegas. When I was 16 I was literally beaten tf up because someone called the cops on me for walking home with a blk hood on. After I'm cuffed and then searched they find pecils pens and markers in my pocket ( I draw but no graffiti) but since I said I drew they instantly thought that I had to have done what they were accusing me of…. I get driven to a dirt lot on boulder hwy and while still handcuffed I get hit from behind….. fall down and then they started kicking me and this is something I'll never forget they were constantly stomping and kicking my hand to where my pointer finger was jammed up into my hand severing my tendon….. I walked home for miles that night….. went to the er where they pulled my finger thinking it was just dislocated…. but no…. after my second check up they again pull my finger where the doctor finally realizes that my finger needed surgery instead……
I was literally just walking home that night…… and now I can't even draw anymore because what these nice & friendly cops did to me…… & I know you could give 2 fs….. and that's why I say f you and your snowflake pigs…… 😂😂
The Law Enforcement Departments have changed considerably since the Tell-Lie-Vision Program 'Special Weapons and Tactial' was aired a long time ago, it's a great idea to learn The Law and The Constitution, more U.S Corporate Citizen's should have a better comprehension of the Rules and what is acceptable and what's Bull Shyt from Our Public Servants of Law Enforcement.
