    I live nearby. It’s a very safe rich neighborhood and they were definitely bored so decided to infringe on someone’s private right to do what they wanted in a PRIVATE driveway!!

    What cause did the cop have to gather intelligence on a piece of private property that is located on private property where he is there without suspicion of a crime so basically where he never should have been but do that to a cop car where everything is unquestionably lawful and see how they act

    this means if you see a Police car,bike,van(a public vehicle) Dog, Fire Truck whatever being washed in any public place,they are breaking that law he quoted, see you in court Buddy.

    For this cop to be pushing this issue as hard as he is indicates to me that somehow the neighbor making the complaint is politically connected. And IMHO this is what should be looked into.
