Why do cops think you have to prove your innocence! A citizens complaint does not give a cop RAF, reasonable articulated fact that a citizen has committed, about to commit or did commit a crime.

And ask the idiot if whenever he sees a car drive by, does he run the car down and demand to see their drivers license because he doesn't know that they have a valid license and are legally allowed to drive. If he doesn't know then, then he doesn't know if they're supposed to be driving. When he sees an adult walking by with a child, if he doesn't know them, he must stop them to verify that those children belong to to those parents and that they haven't kidnapped those children. Hell, whenever he sees someone getting into a vehicle, if he doesn't know them…and know that's their vehicle, he must have to run a check to make sure they're supposed to have tha vehicle before he can let them go. He must be an extremely busy man. Oh I know what would be more efficient…if he just not make any assumptions unless someone makes an accusation or he sees something that constitutes reasonable suspicion that the person isn't supposed to be in that vehicle, or
