All cops should be charged the same way as a civilian would be charged with! A civilian doing murder is 25 to life and a cop doing murder is only 5 to 10 years.
Why do police still get paid when they get discipline but civilians loses their jobs and doesn't get paid for it? Can someone answer me like cops can still get a paycheck when civilians doesn't when they get arrested?
10 years minimum in prison for the both of them, figuring there are people who did 15+ years for selling plants. And every single one of their comrades fired and barred from ever getting a job in the public sector again for clearly knowing about it and not speaking up.

Hiding in plain sight. I wonder how many other offenders are hiding and being protected by others in corrupt organisations like this. For example, in the UK the Metropolitan Police are being investigated. Over 1000 police are already suspended and that is just the tip of the iceberg!
