This cop said some get taken to jail, some don't. That is a violation of due process and your rights. Police and Sheriffs cannot take you to jail. They must take you before a Judge for which you can present your side as to why you are being arrested unlawfully or not. Then and only then will the Judge releas you on bond or bail or without or jail. Only the judge has that ability. However the cops never do this. They always take you to jail which is a violation. If they honored their oath, they would not do this. It is their duty to know these things as ignorance of the law excuses no one.
