Borger Texas is a shit city. Got a speeding ticket there, paid it by mail, the city cashed the check. Two years later, they started sending me letters demanding payment WITH PENALTIES for the ticket I had paid YEARS PRIOR.
Explained that to them on the phone, and they basically said "Well, that's too bad. You need to pay us." So I just avoided Texas for the next few years.

Nit-picking here is all lol, but curious as to why the Dallas skyline was show at the beginning of the video. Borger is a 6 hr drive west of Dallas. It's by Amarillo, closer to Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas and maybe even Arizona than it is to Dallas. Not complaining just curious.

And the "extending of the crime scene" we will see how that plays out in court as well. These officers clearly need to be removed from their jobs.. escalating for the purpose of harassment and possibly more arrests is criminal thuggery.
The sad part is that these officers could have gained an ally and HELP. The people who are also recording a situation may have footage that the police missed or from angles they didn't have.
