Appeals make Case Law and first there has to be something to appeal. The judge created the Appeal for the Sentence for Eric.
Eric is a Chess player, always playing 5 moves ahead. The judge is retiring so he doesn't care if his sentence is overturned.
Never count out the guy who was once thrown OUT OF JAIL.

No he didn’t. The Judge was making the point that if Eric Brandt, who is incredibly out of shape, wants society to be an anarchist dystopia, he would be cattle.
What Eric Brandt said was horrible but #fuckthedraft and Eric Brant was voicing his prayers, seems both should've been covered under the First Amendment.

O my god what did that guy do beat a judge half to death with a weapon to get 12 years in prison?
It would be a shame to find out that this judge was buddies with the "victims". Maybe somebody should interview them to get their respons. And if they are not appalled, then they are the sadistic ones.
Context is lacking lackluster. Brandt targeted and terrorized the judge's kids at their elementary school during school hours. Screaming obscenities and threats at elementary school children is why eric received the harsh sentence. The victims were not judges. The victims were judges kids and the 100s of other kids eric traumatized.
Youtube deletes any attempt at exposing this judge's secrets, besides the video.
They criminalize people until they go away and or can no longer afford justice and have lost all of their supporters

Real power, the power to inflict pain for thoughts while the sentencer thinks and speaks about pain and wishes for pain to be inflicted. That is real power. It's also the most cowardly power imaginable. This judge defines cowardice. He is a psychopath. He actually said he wishes he could let another judge inflict pain on Eric. By his own definition, the judge is a psychopath and a coward.
The judge wishes harm to the man he's sentencing for wishing harm. He's being sentenced for thoughts and the judge admitted he wishes harm, yet he sentences him to 12 years for doing what the judge just did. Who is going to sentence the judge to 12 years.

Wouldn't it be better if they did set up a boxing ring and let them go three rounds? If I was was the judge obviously given a protective order against the defendant and probation. Sad outcome.
That’s rich coming from a judge saying everyone had to pay , does that include cops who trade their badges in for custodial sentences and other officials who get away with breaking the law

The City of Denver and Eric have been going at each other for many years. For a while it looked like there was peace. The City cant or wont stop. I'm glad I dont live there and have to pay taxes, the City is a sht hole.

I think we are in a new age and need the internet of people to decide morally. But when it comes to what he said it is very scary. Especially if it was you or me. Some people do get pushed to this type of thinking IE: when they feel helpless and wronged. I’m not sure what his first charge was to start the whole thing, but once you find that out the story will be much more clear. If he just said it just to say it, then he’s obviously wrong.
