    I do believe you are changing bad behavior of those in authority. Every officer should wonder or know if they are being recorded. BULLY NO MORE! That is when people do the job correctly, I’m all for defunding these days.

As in lieing, this is cointel-pro and this is just some of the predictive programming they use. Just as in the Simpsons special 9/11 video where years prior they had an episode I'm sure you're aware, where Bart I think holds up a magazine with the world trade center two towers then a number 9 right besides it so pretty obvious in hindsight really. I'm gonna recommend a story you watch to enlighten you on what this government can and will do to those they deem a nuisance. No.1 The Schaeffer Cox story . Then Sherry Jackson Peele if I'm not mistaken on her last name, but she was an IRS employee and agent who saw an ad offering g 50 thousand bucks to anyone who can.prove that Americans are responsible for income tax. So she thought well that's easy…but then after months of research she was in shock and quit out of guilt for what she's done. She started giving classes on how to stop paying and she ended up in jail and they almost offer her permanently. Then Amon Bundy, Lavoy Finnicum also were attacked and Lavoy was murdered by FBI agents as he was on his way to see a sherif he knew that would help against the tyranny he was up against…poor fella lost his life fighting domestic terrorism.     Thank you again for what you do remember most the judges are as crooked as the cops they can all be bought if you have enough money happened to me from freedom to torture cuffs and the cops enjoy it when they do that to you and the judge is always side with the cops crooked judges crooked cops it's a tough battle you're fighting

    I guess I'm new here. I've seen a few of Chille's releases and thought he had a lot of interesting things to say and even more interesting points to make. I'm shocked to come here and find out, he's gotta be the most hated pusher out there. Either I just haven't seen enough of his work to realize he's a punk….OR….he's a force with which to be reckoned and is proving to be difficult and persistent with his efforts. CLEARLY some of you here are using language that indicates some pretty strong 'feelings' toward him. I guess I will remain neutral and reserve judgement for another time. I did come here hoping to inspire some interest in DUI ARRESTS, specifically those arrests where law enforcement officers perform their own venipuncture, an invasive procedure to draw blood for drug and alcohol analysis. Why are cops drawing blood?

    Doctors and nurses tend to create difficulty for cops who need blood for drug and alcohol testing. Just like cops, we take an oath too and the gist of both is pretty much the same. The oaths of doctors and nurses require them to keep the sanctity of human beings a top priority. It requires ethics that are structured by that priority and that no intervention will be deployed if it does not serve the best interest of the human being above all else. Our oaths are rooted in the constitution, just like cops. Because we attempt to prevent death, it seems ironic that cops often cause death, or lend the tools to cause it. Abusing authority glaringly comes to mind. Misappropriation of the law and the perversions of its interpretation are huge in the problem of injustice and excessively weighted scales. If interested, read on.

    Nurses need consent from the individual and an order from a qualified medical doctor BEFORE the blood can be drawn. QUESTION: What qualified and ethical physician would lend his name as the authority to order a blood test without a once over? A brief general exam? Whoever he is, he should be reported to the AMA (American Medical Association) for conflicts of interest and improper medical conduct.

    This is going to be a can full of worms and many other things. Exigent circumstances and implied consent are at the heart of it all. An exigent circumstance is the occurrence of an inability of the person to defend and care for self. An unconscious person cannot give consent. As a provision of law, the exigent circumstance gives me the authority to 'assume' the person would, if able, give consent for interventions to will improve their status/condition or save their life. Law enforcement blood draws do neither of these things. But it does FORCE the individual to incriminate himself, which we are under constitutional protection from that. In 2019, the Supreme Court ruled to uphold Wisconsin's "Implied Consent" law. Somewhere along the way, we started waiving our rights for the privilege to drive without knowing it. Upon the acceptance of your driver's license, you are initiating implied consent and are subject to law enforcement forcibly drawing your blood. When you accepted your driver's license, you waived your right against unreasonable searches and seizures. Now, they don't even need a warrant. Why would they…you consented.

    The Supreme Court made an EGREGIOUS error. The process of justice failed on faulty and absent information. Did the supreme court justices know the other piece to implied consent? Were they aware that under the law, implied consent can be rescinded or revoked at any time, for any reason. I seriously doubt any of the cops know that. Those who are pushing this phlebotomy officer idea certainly hasn't encouraged the cops to remind the suspect of that as part of Miranda…because IT IS.

    Law enforcement has no idea the medical laws surrounding all these things and it takes years to learn them. If a cop causes severe phlebitis that turns into necrotizing fasciitis, is he prepared to take the responsibility? Are law enforcement encouraged to secure malpractice insurance should they cause a blood borne pathogen to become septic. This is a dangerous practice, both for law enforcement and the public. Supreme Court justices are not likely to know medical laws or even understand how or when they apply. You'd have to be a medical doctor, having had the studies and training. Those justices that made this terrible decision to uphold implied consent, did so without having all the facts.

    Edward Bronstein first said the words, "I can't breathe" two months BEFORE George Floyd made them famous. The California Highway patrol used their own discretion to determine Bronstein was under the influence and ordered a blood alcohol level. Bronstein, who suffers from trypanophobia, (fear of needles) was adamant about his refusal to allow them to draw his blood. None of them were monitoring Bronstein, who had six cops on top of him and ALL of them failed to notice they were drawing blood from a corpse.

    What if the cops go out after a Friday night high school football game, looking for inebriated teens? And using 'officer discretion' determine this kid is slurring his words and uncooperative…in fact being a little asshole. Well…we know how cops handle that sort of thing. What if little asshole is experiencing his yearly seizure? Five grown cops go down and one dead kid comes up. Diabetes and seizures often cause a person to appear inebriated and also cause and uncooperative manner.

    I could go on….what can I do to get people interested in auditing DUI suspects who had their blood drawn…to avoid HIPAA and medical entanglements some cops are even using fire department members to draw blood. If I do it without a doctor's order…I lost my license and my job…it's aggravated assault with an instrument. You know damn well, every blood sample they get their hands on will at some point become part of their DNA bank…ILLEGALLY OBTAINED AND ILLEGALLY STORED.
