  1. This scenario makes my blood boil. This terrible excuse for an officer has no right to diagnose or second guess the effects of a prescribed drug by an health care professional physician. The very idea of the government allowing this "wanna be" doctor, running the highways diagnosing people, for the sole purpose of incentivised DUI convictions makes me sick!!! Using something as subjective as a person's pupils being small, of which he has no training in anything related to the eye, except watching "Cop TV Shows" should not even be allowed.

  2. They always want to charge you with "resisting arrest" and "obstruction of justice" or "disorderly conduct" or "failure to ID" but what did they do to get those charges to begin with because they weren't charged with anything else but those things.

  3. Why does it usually take about 13 to 19 weeks on average but can last up to six months to become a slave patroller but it takes 2 YEARS to become a barber and about 8 to 10 years to become a lawyer or judge? I'm convinced that you don't need a IQ above 7 to be a slave patroller.

  4. Since there are so many cops that are on the Brady List and have been proven liars on video and in court, and also they already can't use their police reports in court as evidence at all. I believe that no cop should ever be believed in any situation.

  5. Shes wearing sunglasses while driving and the sun is not out right here.
Hmmmm. Im not sure about him but when I drive rarely get the luxury of having the sun stay behind me all the time.

  6. Cops are not doctors. I don't understand why they are given authority to look at someone's eyes and decide she's under the influence. They ruined her life. She wasn't slurring nor did she fail the FST.

  7. People need to be taught not to do field sobriety tests because their only point is to help build a case against you.Argue your innocence in court, not on the side of the road.
